EVA APARTMENTS

I have stayed in many Apartments in Amsterdam but this was probably the best. Very clean and directly in the city centre, only a short walk to the shops, the train station and Dam Square. Quite small but very lovely decorated and perfect for a short trip.

Perfect for one person but would have been too small for two.

Nice location. Easy to access,in central area and quiet at night compared to other hotels. Good facilities, clean

Bed is a bit small and too soft.

location apartment could do with re vamp not totally happy with it, walls grubby broken chair no sofa in apartment, washer door broken off in other apartment we had, no microwave and no iron

Apartment was clean and had excellent facilities including a kettle! Bettina was lovely. She texted me 10mins before we were due to arrive to ensure our safe arrival. She had the balance right...not too intrusive but available always for any queries. Map of all popular excursions and places provided in room along with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet rolls etc. Secure property in an excellent location. 5mins from Central Station, trams available within 1 minute from apartment as well as main centre. Safe area. Would definately recommend for a reasonable get away and would stay again! Thanks Bettina:)

Our only let down was the small double bed. It fitted both of us but felt a little clostrophobic with no window in the bedroom. Apartment appears larger in pictures.

Great location, very helpfull staff.

De locatie is geweldig, ook is het appartement ruim en licht opgezet. Voor de prijs en de tijd die we er waren(1 nacht) een geweldige uitvalsbasis, alles in de buurt.

De inrichting was nogal 'afgeleefd'. ook was het onderhoud aan het appartement niet op orde. Klopt niet met de beelden die gepresenteerd zijn op de site. Er wordt op de site een verwachting gewekt alsof het een luxe bestemming is. Qua locatie is het prima, maar inrichting en onderhoud onder de maat. Met een paar kleine aanpassingen(likje verf/nieuwe Ikea stoel-tafel) heb je het appartement zo weer op orde.

Nice bed.

Be prepared that you need to leave 20eiro as a safe-money for the key.

Didnt look like the photos that were shown on the website, also no mention of a shared kitchen when there was one

Clean room with most amenities (no telephone).

The attendant(s) are absent most of the time including being unavailable at the time of arrival. High and steep stairs to get in.

Quite kind stuffs,cheaper Wi-Fi is available,very close to RUSHHOUR records and Magna Plaza.Perfect Locations overall.

The room is a little bit small,however,not an important issue I feel.
